The main job of Secondary vocational schools is point to employment,to train high-quality workers and junior special talents.Our country's education and teaching reform work has achieved fruitful results,but there are still a lot of gaps in training objectives.The majority of graduated students' professional comprehensive quality can not meet the requirements of enterprises' post standards,therefor many change their job.There are still many problems in the pre-job training process in secondary vocational schools,which is imperative to develop the strong points and avoid the weak points.In this paper,we will take the automobile maintenance specialty as an example,select the Weihai City auto repair enterprise managers and the outstanding professional and technical talents as the research object,by using literature,questionnaire survey and interview research methods,to construct the feature of being competent of outstanding professional and technical talents in automobile maintenance specialty.We will sort it into 26 items,divided into three dimensions of professional competence,professional literacy and professional quality.Professional competence includes "not afraid of being dirty and tired,solid professional knowledge,good practical ability,diligent and neat,computer basis,physique standard".Professional literacy includes "good learning,good understanding,observation ability,solidarity and cooperation,self-learning ability,knowledge migration ability,active participation,good communication".Professional quality includes " inner hobbies,flexible thinking,technical belief single-minded,calm and solid,self-motivated,responsible,careful,optimistic,indifferent to fame and wealth,brave challenges,frank and sincere".We select some students and professional teachers of three vocational schools in Weihai as the research object,and study problems of pre-service training of auto repair students through questionnaires and interviews in accordance with the competency characteristics of outstanding professional and technical talents.These questions are manifested as: the students ' basis knowledge and the curriculum is lack of cohesion,the goal is not clear,The evaluation method of student achievement assessment is single,materials and teaching does not correspond to the actual,teachers are lack of practical skills training opportunities,school-enterprise cooperation isn't close enough.In order to solve the existing problems,the paper puts forward the countermeasures based on the characteristics of professional competence,which includes six aspects: promoting the curriculum reform which is suitable for the students' foundation,adjusting course settings according to the students' foundation,broadening your pre-job training goals,Improving examination and evaluation system of student achievement,preparing the school textbooks,executing teacher and student co-enterprises with the post-rotation mode.
