In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to vocational education,and work-study combination has become one of the most popular topics in vocational education.Especially for the training of " production,construction,management,service" as one of the technical practical talents of secondary vocational school,it is more targeted and practical significance.Secondary vocational school is an important part of higher vocational education in my junior high school,and it is a comprehensive and multifunctional educational school with the main objective of training advanced technical skills talents.it is the cradle of technicians and senior technicians.The most prominent feature of the " double certificate" system is to cultivate students' operational skills.Therefore,improving the quality of the training of technical workers is the key factor in the transformation of the relationship science and technology into productivity,which is the direction of China to the manufacturing power,to improve the comprehensive national strength and enhance the competitiveness.Under the new situation,strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the theoretical and practical teaching combination of effective personnel training mode is " work-learning combination ".On the one hand,it is in accordance with the training objectives of technical talents in secondary vocational schools,exploring the combination of school and enterprise,theory and practice teaching,on the other hand,it has theoretical and practical value.Theoretical significance lies in understanding the history of work-study combination at home and abroad and the theoretical basis of work-study combination,exploring the talent training mode of combination of work and learning,deepening teaching reform,enriching the theoretical system of the talent training mode of work-study combination;The practical significance lies in the summary experience of the combination of working and learning,and put forward the operational suggestions.In the early 20 th century,many developed countries,such as Germany,Britain and the United States,put forward the talent training mode of " combining learning with work" in vocational education.All with the unique form of work and learning to train skilled personnel has brought fruitful results,and in our country,this model after the founding of China has gone through more than 50 years,has experienced brilliant,has left a heavy pen in the history of vocational education,accumulated some valuable experience.However,due to the influence of various factors,especially the emphasis on the function of ideological education and the general education mode,and neglect its economic function,and the external environment of the planned economy is not suitable for the survival and development of the combination of learning and learning,many factors have not been well developed and developed in our country,until now,still lack of the effective guarantee of system,mechanism and system,so the effective implementation of the combination of working and learning needs a long way to go.The combination of work and learning,school-enterprise cooperation also needs the strong guarantee of the national policy and regulations,so the relevant laws and regulations and system construction must be put on the agenda.Leaving the guidance of the government department,relying entirely on the communication between the school and the enterprise,will lack the necessary promotion power.The government can promote the implementation of the talent training mode of work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperation through the legal system requirements and policy measures.In this paper,the concept of " work-study combination" is various,the application concept extension is not clear,the concept of working and learning combined with the concept of related concepts and differences are described and elaborated,from the theoretical implementation and historical development and future prospects,multi-angle analysis of the important role and practical significance of the combination of learning and learning.At the same time,combining with the operation example of " working and studying" in Tongchuan industrial technician college,the problems existing in the " work-integrated learning" personnel training mode in the running process,and how to perfect the whole operation mode,put forward many operable suggestions and need a sound protection mechanism.Its focus mainly includes the mode of training mode,characteristics,advantages and shortcomings,the focus is the college from the theory and practice of the " integrated" 2 + 1 " type" work-integrated learning " mode.This paper analyzes the restricting factors of carrying out the talent training mode of work-study combination in our country,and probes into the guarantee mechanism of the talent cultivation mode of work-study combination from the macro,middle and micro levels.From the theoretical and practical level,answer the " what" " what" " what" " why" and " what to do" in the process of training skilled personnel.
