technical skills talents.it is the cradle of technicians and senior technicians.The most prominent feature of the " double certificate" system is to cultivate students' operational skills.Therefore,improving the quality of the training of technical workers is the key factor in the transformation of the relationship science and technology into productivity,which is the direction of China to the manufacturing power,to improve the comprehensive national strength and enhance the competitiveness.Under the new situation,strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the theoretical and practical teaching combination of effective personnel training mode is " work-learning combination ".On the one hand,it is in accordance with the training objectives of technical talents in secondary vocational schools,exploring the combination of school and enterprise,theory and practice teaching,on the other hand,it has theoretical and practical value.Theoretical significance lies in understanding the history of work-study combination at home and abroad and the theoretical basis of work-study combination,exploring the talent training mode of combination of
