The innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students has become an important part of the deepening of the teaching reform.Our country carries out the National Undergraduate Innovation and entrepreneurship training program,in order to enhance students’ confidence in the success of entrepreneurship,strengthen college students’ innovation ability,to cultivate high-level innovative talents of innovative national construction needs,achieve the entrepreneurial dream.According to the evaluation of the training effect of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project,it can better reflect the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and thus get feedback directly,and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education of College students.Therefore,the evaluation of training effect of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project is the most important measure and basis of training effectiveness,so it is necessary to study the evaluation of training effectiveness.According to the analysis based on questionnaire survey method,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of training college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects,based on Kirk Patrick model,combined with the actual situation of M College for training college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects,constructs the evaluation index system of M University School of innovation and entrepreneurship training project effect,established the evaluation of training effect M college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project model,based on the survey data analysis is given on the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents are as follows:(1)combined with the specific situation of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training project M,construct the evaluation index system of the training effect of M college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects,including the reaction level,learning level,behavior level and outcome level Four level indicators.Curriculum settings,training content,training teachers,such as 14 two indicators.(2)through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weights of different indexes at different levels are calculated,so as to determine the importance of each index.In the two level,the behavior layer has the greatest weight,followed by the result layer,and then the reaction layer,The learning layer has the least weight.(3)Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate its overall score and the score of each level,draw the results of the indicators at all levels,the corresponding rating for the general,so it seems that the training results in general.Through the research results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided,which provide the basis for the improvement and development of M college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project training.
