Achievement motivation refers to the individual’s pursuit of valuable work that is important,and strive to achieve a perfect state,is a high standard to achieve their own activities to achieve the goal of the motive,the use of the theory to guide the history of secondary school teaching,Of learning interest,to improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning,to promote students in the history of knowledge learning process has been fully developed.This paper studies the application of achievement motivation theory in junior middle school history classroom by literature method,questionnaire survey and quantitative qualitative analysis.The main research of this paper includes the following parts,the first part is about research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,The research process and the method,the innovation and the insufficiency of the thesis,the second part is about the analysis of the achievement motivation theory,including the motive and its classification,the educational value of the achievement motive,the social achievement motivation theory,the expectation-the value achievement motive theory The third part is about the motivation of middle school students ’history lesson,including the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the results of the survey.The fourth part is about the motivational strategies of the students’ achievement motives,including improving the students ’achievement motivation and strengthening students’ success The awareness of the needs of training,to guide students to face failure,to guide students to correctly analyze the reasons for failure and clear achievements in the establishment of the factors such as the impact of motivation.There are many merits in the research of scholars in this field.They have more thorough analysis of the connotation of achievement motivation theory,verified the conclusions of previous studies,and found more possibilities,but in junior high school history classroom teaching The research on the introduction of achievement motivation theory is very few,and the research results of application strategy can be made less,so I think that the application strategy of achievement motivation theory in junior middle school history classroom has become an inevitable trend.The innovation of this article also lies in this,from the analysis of junior high school students achievement motivation,put forward the achievement motivation theory in junior high school history classroom teaching application strategy,the history teaching practice has certain reference significance.The significance of this study is to stimulate students to learn self-confidence,to promote students to develop good learning habits,the development of students’ historical quality,to build a natural and harmonious teaching environment and enrich the theoretical research in this field.
