Labor dispatching is a new employment mode,characterized by "three parties,two contracts,three relations".Due to the particular form of employment and rapid development,imperfect laws and regulations at the national level are not enough to keep control of the problems that apear,especially the social security problems of the vulnerable dispatched employees emerge in endlessly.With the development of labor market and social attention,it is urgent to promote the standardization of labor dispatch at various aspects.For the study of the social security rights and interests of labor dispatch workers security situation,first of all,the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad was carried out to understand,and then by consulting all sorts of literature materials,cognition on the mode of labor dispatching has been more clear,finally,in order to ensure the research value,the research object has been selected in the relatively developed area which could provide the most direct data and information.In the research,the author first made preliminary understanding of labor dispatching situation in Jining,and then made investigation to the present situation of labor dispatching workers social security rights,obtaining a large amount of data through literature review,field interviews,and two sets of different design questionnaires distributed to dispatched employees and employing units.The comparative analysis of the collected data showed that infringement of the rights and interests of employees in the labor dispatch industry problems exist,which are mainly due to the lack of safeguard mechanism on labor dispatch workers social security rights.Perfect guarantee mechanism needs the advanced experience of home and abroad.We should perfect the legislation from national level,strengthen supervision from the perspective of the government,improve labor dispatching work initiative consciousness,increase the illegal cost of labor dispatch agencies and unit of choose and employ persons,and strengthen the sanctions on them for violating the social security interests of labor dispatching workers,meanwhile should seek social help and positive supervision and promotion of media to enhance the social attention and jointly safeguard the social security rights of labor dispatching employees.
