In the field of education,promoting teachers' teaching and student's academic achievement is the real purpose of developing schools.In school education,the emphasis of school development is to improve teachers' teaching quality and students' academic achievements.As a leader of a school,its leadership in teaching is of great importance to the development of schools.As people often say,"what kind of principal,what kind of school" is the first leader of the school development,the ability level of its teaching leadership determines the development of the school.In order to collate and analyze the relevant literature of the headmaster's teaching leadership at home and abroad,this study selects the principal of L in A Primary School of B City,which is in the front and the higher level of school running in the B City,chooses the case study method in the qualitative research method,and through the reading of relevant documents,the interview data and observation The phenomenon is classified and classified.In order to explore the teaching leadership behavior of L principals as the starting point of the study,the paper collates and classifies the interview data.In the process of analyzing and concentrating the data,it finds the advantages and the puzzles of the principal's teaching leadership behavior.Propose solutions and suggestions for the confusion.The thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction.From the origin of the study,it explains the reasons for the topic selection,and then analyzes the related research both at home and abroad,finds out the writing thinking and determines the research framework.The core concept of the paper is defined.Through the analysis of the literature,we have obtained five aspects of Teaching Leadership: building a common vision,supervising and evaluating teaching,promoting the professional development of teachers,coordinating the curriculum,and continuously improving the students' academic performance.The second chapter is the study of design and writing.The case study method is used to analyze and explain the teaching leadership behavior of principals,and the research tools,data processing and analysis are elaborated in detail.The third chapter is the process of the study,what are the results of the principal's teaching leadership and what are the problems that are faced with.After analysis,the principal of L emphasizes the emphasis on the practice of Teaching Leadership: first,to effectively lead the teaching of teachers and to improve the teaching quality of the teachers.Second,the development of schools is,in the final analysis,the development of students,and the cultivation of those who can adapt to the development of society is the ultimate goal of the principal's leadership in teaching.It is suggested that teachers' leadership team should beestablished effectively and consensus be reached with teachers' groups to build teaching leadership together.In this study,what kind of teaching leadership behavior of President L used to promote the development of the school and the confusion in the process of Teaching Leadership: the study found that the principal had obstacles in communication with the teachers;the complex administrative work occupied most of the time of the principal,and the time for leading the teaching could not be guaranteed.In view of the confusion existing in the teaching of L president,the strategies and suggestions for improvement are put forward.The fourth chapter,based on the results of this study,draws some inspiration,hoping to provide reference for the leadership teaching of primary and secondary school principals.
