Teachers' practical knowledge dominates teachers' educational and teaching behavior,which is helpful for teachers to reconstruct their past experiences and future plans,to better grasp the present actions,and to pay close attention to the existence of practical knowledge inherent in teachers' professional fields.Educational practice is an important link to link up the subject knowledge and teaching practice of normal school students,and it is an important stage to promote the growth and development of practical knowledge.It is also a necessary way for normal college students to realize identity transformation and identity.In-post practice is a new mode of educational practice in normal colleges and universities,and a practical exploration of the reform of normal college students' training mode.It is based on the construction of knowledge and teachers' specialty.Development as the theoretical basis,to promote the development of practical knowledge of normal school students as the starting point,try to make the practice of the post really become a way to promote the combination of knowledge generation and educational practice,educational probation and full-time experience.In-post practice is of great practical significance to the acquisition of practical knowledge of normal school students.Under the guidance of "top-down" and "bottom-up" research ideas,this study systematically combed the research results of teachers' practical knowledge,and then adopted qualitative research methods,taking the teachers' students who participated in the post practice as the research objects.By taking root in the teaching scene,carrying on a lot of classroom observation,in-depth interview and case analysis,the author investigates and understands the daily teaching practice life of the intern,so as to reflect the acquisition of practical knowledge of the intern teacher.In the course of the research,using the method of rooted theory,through the in-depth interview with the students of Hebei Normal University,the interview data is imported into the qualitative analysis software Nvivo11,and the data is entered through the open access.The results show that the acquisition of practical knowledge of normal school students shows four characteristics: subjectivity,experience,accumulation and field.That is to say,the acquisition of practical knowledge of intern teachers is in the real teaching situation.The intern takes the initiative to internalize his own practical knowledge by introspecting the experience of others through teaching practice.The process is mainly through observing the teaching of others,interacting with the teachers and teaching reflection.Then the typical cases are studied and analyzed to confirm the above conclusion.Finally,the educational narrative research method is adopted.Taking root in the teaching practice of the intern,this paper reveals the main ways of obtaining practical knowledge of the intern teachers through a thorough investigation and understanding of the daily teaching practice and educational life of an intern.
