In 2014,xi pointed out that to do well in sports is a sacred mission and we should attach great importance to the development of sports."Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period is to improve the competitive power and the important period of the sports power,focusing on football sports reform,earnestly implement the long-term development of Chinese football(2016 a 2050),increase support for football sport,comprehensively deepen reform,promote football strength in our country.In2015,the state council promulgated the overall plan for China's football development and reform,which is like a timely rain for the improvement of the level of football in our country.Qingdao licang district as the first football features of school reform,changed the traditional mode of reserve personnel training,cooperate with Qingdao in football club,to the school through the club sent a large number of coaches to professional training of teenagers,high school level athletes have a chance to enter in echelon.In this paper,using the method of expert interview,research methods of documentary,questionnaire investigation,the Qingdao licang district six characteristics of primary and secondary schools football school reserve talented person to carry out the model are studied,mainly through the licang soccer reserve talented person cultivation characteristic school management,teaching management,teacher management,as well as race training management are analyzed and the research,the following conclusions:1.Licang distinctive campus football school in backup talent cultivation management,has good cooperation with Qingdao in the club,has special superiority condition,relative to the partners in other parts of the school,can be as a professional club advantages more apparent.2.Licang distinctive campus football school in reserve talented person in the teaching management,school mainly through the popularization of campus football is given priority to,and combined with the actual situation of regional write TeSeKe material,reference the juvenile football training program for leak fill a vacancy in targeted teaching;3.In the management of reserve talents,the school coaches are mainly the athletes with relatively high qualification level.Through on-campus training and off-campus training,the school can train teachers and coaches' business ability,and also has special advantages in the training of teachers due to the assistance of the club.4.Licang distinctive campus football schools in the backup talent cultivation race training management,through the combination of bureau,collaboration between the club and the school,organized the "President cup","warden cup" and "the mayor's cup" and other leagues,improve the competitive level of athletes.The daily training arrangement of the athletes is the responsibility of the coach.5.The school has always adhered to the concept of "educating people with balls,promoting technology with the ball,and taking the ball" as the educational philosophy,and established a training system with the university as the first,small,early,high,and university.The ultimate goal of students is to establish a variety of channels.But compared with foreign countries,the culture system still needs to be improved.6.In licang district "club,school" back-up personnel training cooperation pattern study found that although the new model is beneficial to solve the difficulty and the "body combination" teaching shortage problem,but also has many problems.For example,when the education bureau signed with the club,there was no school participation,and the role of the school was not taken seriously;There are too few cooperative clubs and lack of competitiveness;The power is too centralized,the school has the lack of training management power.7.In view of the problems existing in the new model of "club-school",the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward.For example,let the school directly sign with the club and choose the coach according to the specific situation of the school;Increase the school's ability to supervise the coaches;Increase club partners and so on.
