In recent years,China's education has been in constant change and innovation,and the requirement of teachers' professional abilities have been improved as well.As one of teachers' professional abilities,listening to and assessing classes have been forgotten too much in traditional teaching activities.However,in recent years,as the education circle has pay more attention to class efficiency,the importance of listening to and assessing classes has been thought highly of.Cui Yunhuo,a professor in East China Normal University,has led the development of LICC paradigm,which is a new way of classroom observation based on changing the problem that the teachers have met during the process of listening to and assessing classes.LICC paradigm has been applied in recent years.This article adopts the way of qualitative analysis and quantitative observation to conclude a suitable way of listening to and assessing classes for chemistry teachers in high schools.By this way,we hope to improve teachers' teaching quality,in order that we can build a set of high-quality teaching method and find the scale of high school chemistry discipline.We hope that by doing these,we can improve the quality of high school chemistry classroom teaching,and finally,we will achieve the goal of improve students' core literacy in chemistry discipline.Up to now,LICC paradigm has gotten a strong theoretical foundation and practical experience to rely on,and it also has formed a set of mature system.As a subject that is on the basis of experiment,consequently,chemistry is different from other subjects in terms of classroom observation.This paper focuses on the combination of existing observation scale and the special properties of the chemistry discipline,and designs new observation scale,then applies it into chemistry classroom observation.It puts the theory into practice,and after repeated practice,revision and reflection,it develops a new observation scale which is partly suitable for listening to and assessing chemistry class in high school,and it provides a more professional evaluation system for chemistry classroom observation in high school.
