Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it is the social trend to encourage and guide college students to start businesses. Therefore,it is the top priority to strengthen entrepreneurship guidance and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship for college talents training reform. With the increase of the state's support for entrepreneurship and the in-depth development of education, the college students' entrepreneurial fever has arisen. However, the results were disappointing.According to the survey, the entrepreneurship rate of graduates in the 2017 national college graduates is less than 3%,which is far below the 20% average rate of entrepreneurship in foreign countries, and the success rate of college graduates is less than 5%.The reason lies in the fact that a large proportion is due to the improper selection of the project, most of which do not have rational analysis of the factors influencing the choice of entrepreneurial projects.Internal factors such as project selection, special skills, interests, preferences, information resources are not combined with the external factors, like nature of the industry, policy support, market environment, operation risk to form a comprehensive evaluation in all aspects. Some graduates are just on imagination and enthusiasm, and rushed to decide the selected project, eventually lead to business failure.Scientific evaluation and rational choice of entrepreneurial projects are crucial to successful entrepreneurship of college students, but how to achieve scientific evaluation and rational selection of projects is not easy in practice. In the practical operation of some competitions, the evaluation of college students' entrepreneurial projects has been used in the traditional way of framing structure and subjective evaluation. However, college students' entrepreneurship program is a subject which is restricted by many factors, and there are many non-deterministic problems in evaluating them. The restrictive factors and the evaluation process have the characteristics of fuzziness.Aiming at the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial project evaluation, this paper attempts to carry out scientific evaluation on college students' entrepreneurial projects by combining analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy evaluation method. This evaluation method is more objective than the traditional rating method, and the evaluation result is more reliable. To solve this problem,it is necessary to determine the key influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial projects first. On the basis of a large number of reading related to research results, calculate the occurrence frequency of various influencing factors and set up the factor of more than 45% as the preselected index set. Then, the questionnaire was produced, and the significance of the indicators was verified, and six secondary indicators and 20 three-level indexes were determined. The analytic hierarchy method is used to analyze and calculate the data, and finally get the weight value of each evaluation index in the index system. After that, the evaluation model is constructed, and the fuzzy evaluation method is adopted to carry out the first and second evaluation of college students' entrepreneurial projects, and then the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained by referring to the level classification standards set. Finally, the validity of the evaluation model is verified by the real project case.
