The foundation is a non-profit organization established by universities to raise education funds,which originated in the United States and the United States.In the 1990s,the foundation of China's colleges and universities began to develop rapidly and achieved remarkable achievements in the past 20 years.University foundation volunteer activities,volunteer activities are not limited to campus university foundation volunteer service has become China's colleges and universities have high influence and popularity of the college students' public welfare activities,to participate in the number of people are increasing year by year.University foundation volunteer services,meanwhile,still need to solve a series of problems,such as the foundation of social recognition is not high,college foundation volunteer legal mechanism is not sound,etc.These are the factors restricting the development of the voluntary service of the foundation.In Guangxi zhuang autonomous region,many universities have set up their own foundation,foundation,these colleges and universities to carry out volunteer activities not only within the campus,and regularly carry out student assistants,education funding project hope,and China's foundation education.In these activities in the process of the volunteers played a very important role,while in the process of the development of the university foundation system constantly improve,but there are still problems with the volunteer incentive related system.Therefore,it is very positive for the development of Guangxi university foundation to understand the motivation of volunteers to participate in volunteer activities and improve the incentive system of volunteers.Based on education development foundation of Guangxi normal university as an example,the sample taken from Guangxi normal university education development foundation to carry out the "work plan" of the volunteers,carries on the questionnaire survey and interviews,the present situation of the research university foundation volunteer to participate in volunteer service,analyzes the motivation of volunteers to participate in volunteer service,volunteers find the flaws of the incentive mechanism,analysis the reason,put forward the suggestions to solve the problem.In the study,the motivation of college foundation volunteers to participate in voluntary activities was divided into three aspects:altruism,self-interest and double interest.The motivation for volunteers to participate in voluntary activities is more in the dual interest motivation,that is,while helping others,they can also get or learn something.Results show that the foundation of the volunteer incentives there are a variety of problems,such as incentive idea obsolete,the incentives of a single,inadequate for the protection of the rights and interests of volunteers,and volunteers between the communication is not enough,is not conducive to sustained progress and volunteer experience to learn from each other.Volunteers are self-actualized in voluntary activities.After communicate with volunteers,found the factors influencing the university foundation volunteer behavior mainly include:incomplete management system,the design and use of unreasonable incentives,volunteerism publicity and volunteer limited guarantee mechanism is not sound four aspects the reasons,and puts forward some Suggestions:improve the volunteer management system;Rational design and use of incentives;To strengthen the publicity and popularization of volunteerism;We will improve the mechanism for ensuring voluntary services.Innovation of this paper lies in combining the motivation and incentive of volunteers,fully considering the participation motivation of volunteers,the deep study of the demand of the university foundation volunteer,as a perfect the incentive mechanism of university foundation volunteer standards.The incentive mechanism of the niversity foundation is more humanized,which is in line with the personal feelings of the volunteers.But in this paper,the processing of the investigation data is at the primary level,and the data support is weak,and further study will be carried out in the future to make up for this defect.
