The eighth education curriculum reform advocates a kind of evaluation concept which promotes the lifelong development of students,and requires the construction of a set of evaluation system to promote the comprehensive development of students,and incentive evaluation is an important part of this evaluation system.And it has been applied to high school physics classroom teaching.However,in the process of access to relevant information,I found that incentive evaluation in high school physics classroom teaching in the practical application of some problems.Based on these problems,the author investigates the current situation of the incentive evaluation in the physics classroom,and tries to find the appropriate incentive evaluation method and method,so that the educator can use the better strategy to cultivate the students' ability in the process of implementing the education,To promote the comprehensive development of students.The research of this thesis is divided into three parts:The first part mainly discusses the key concepts that will be involved in the discussion of the research on the basis of the research results of the physical incentive evaluation and the experience of the first-line teachers,and analyzes the application of the incentive evaluation in the physics classroom teaching Method of the basic theory of the requirements and trends.The second part mainly analyzes the problems and misunderstandings in the application of incentive evaluation in physics classroom teaching,and tries to reflect on the reasons of ineffective application of incentive evaluation.Before the analysis,we must carry out the investigation through effective means and methods,mainly through questionnaire survey,teacher interviews,classroom teaching observation of the way to investigate,on the one hand the teacher's understanding of the incentive evaluation methods and use,on the one hand survey students Applying the attitude and effect of the incentive evaluation method in classroom teaching.Master the status quo of classroom evaluation,for the emergence of the problem to find out the reasons.In the third part,through the comprehensive analysis of the application status ofthe above incentive evaluation methods,we can first find out the reasons and errors of the ineffective application of incentive evaluation.Secondly,put forward the principle of applying the incentive evaluation method in classroom teaching.To optimize the incentive effectiveness evaluation strategy,and truly make the incentive evaluation applied to the actual teaching,in order to enhance the high school physics teachers on the incentive evaluation of scientific understanding and understanding,and in high school physics classroom teaching practice to improve the incentive Evaluation of the use of results.So that the incentive evaluation really play a stimulating,guiding role,to promote students to better development.
