In recent years, while colleges and universities are undergoing continuous reforms, the frequent occurrence of campus security incidents has brought challenges to college safety management in the new era.In the process of management, many safety management subjects such as schools, families, enterprises, and governments are not communicating well, security information is not reported in a timely manner, and the management of security management resources is not coordinated.Problems such as the need for secure collaborative management in colleges and universities under a complex environment are increasingly evident.improve.Through consulting relevant studies on the university's safety management in recent years,it has been found that the construction of the coordination mechanism mainly starts from the existing problems, that the collaborative factor mining is not systematic enough, and that the mechanism construction lacks theoretical basis. Therefore, this study is based on the theory of collaboration, takes the university as the research object, and uses the mechanism research as the method to construct the university's safety management coordination mechanism, aiming at improving the level of the university's safety coordination management.First of all, combing the related concepts of cooperation theory and university safety management,it is found that the safety management of universities has the characteristics of coordination, and it is feasible to construct a safety management coordination mechanism in universities based on the theory of synergy. On this basis, the concept and connotation of the university's safety management coordination mechanism have been obtained in combination with the concepts of management mechanism and collaboration,ie,under the guidance of relevant laws, regulations and standards, national policies, and higher level requirements, the organizational systems of the university management departments are based on Relevant information collaboratively manages all resources, and realizes the three-dimensional coordinated management of all factors, the whole process, and the multi-disciplines of the university's security through the overall function of the system.Based on the Hall model, build a three-dimensional model of the concept of university safety management coordination mechanism. Then, combining Hacken and Ansoff's research on the coordination mechanism, this paper analyzes the mechanism of university's safety management coordination, and uses the adiabatic elimination principle and order parameter theory as guidance to construct the analysis framework of the university's safety management coordination mechanism. The Haken model verifies the effect of the sequential parameter coordination and collaborative culture formed by the three slow parameters of organization, information, and resources on the evolution of the system. The synergy and collaborative culture can be used as indicators for the evaluation of three slow parameters. The level of safety coordination management in colleges and universities. In other words, the collaborative mechanism analysis framework constructed in this study is reasonable and lays a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the collaborative mechanism. Finally, with China University of Geosciences(Beijing)as the object, the security management coordination mechanism of China University of Geosciences(Beijing)is constructed, and the three-dimensional model of its definition and concept is given.Based on this,it puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the level of collaborative security management in colleges and universities. The empirical evidence indicates that the university's safety management coordination mechanism is feasible. The construction of this mechanism is of great significance to the collaborative safety management of universities.
