Study On Social Work Involvement In Community Venture Philanthropy

Since the reform and opening up,the pace of urban community construction in China has further accelerated,playing an important role in innovating the community autonomy mode,improving the level of community governance,and promoting the transformation of grass-roots government functions.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to urban community construction,and community social organizations have made considerable progress.However,there are many problems in community social organizations such as lack of funds,shortage of professional personnel and low organizational building capacity.In order to solve the above problems,the public service venture as a new model of the development of public welfare undertakings came into being.Venture philanthropy is the introduction of venture capital in the public welfare concept,government,community,social organizations,social workers and community residents to multi-party participation and mutual cooperation,mining community inner resources for community residents to provide basic services based on developing more diversified and personalized service,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community activities.Community venture investment has played the role of hematopoiesis in the incubation and development of community social organizations.On the other hand,it also enhanced the residents'right to speak,making the way of community service more diversified.At the same time,the residents' sense of belonging to the community has also been enhanced by the residents' sense of identity to the government.In this paper,Binhu Mingzhu community participation in Baohe District,Hefei City,second public venture capital as an example,the analysis of venture philanthropy in various fields of community work in the role of social work in Binhu,summarize the Pearl community public venture capital and the lack of experience,put forward some improvement suggestions in venture philanthropy problems and of social work,for venture philanthropy work in the community play a greater role in providing some reference value.The second chapter mainly introduces the overview of venture philanthropy,including venture philanthropy,the origin and meaning of venture philanthropy composition,main characteristics and operation mechanism of[delete];third taking Hefei city of Binhu Mingzhu community participation in Baohe District second community public venture capital as an example,the specific situation analysis of the social work involved in community philanthropy,including the rise of community public venture capital inevitability,community development investment and a way of social work intervention of public venture capital;the fourth chapter analyzes the social work in community existing problems:lack of venture capital,venture philanthropy social work professional social work agencies access to resources,a single community on public Yi venture too much administrative intervention and the government is not enough support for venture philanthropy policy;the fifth chapter for social work intervention in community philanthropy problems put forward corresponding countermeasures,must strengthen the construction of professional social workers,broaden social institutions resources access,reduce the community administrative intervention and strengthen the government policy support.
