| In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,mobile games that are closely connected with social networks have developed rapidly.Social mobile games are popular among some people because of their high mobility and convenience,non-face-to-face virtuality and massive information.Among them,the representative social mobile game "King of Glory" has captivated the public and received wide attention.All phenomena,such as the game addiction of young people and extreme top-up behaviors,indicate that the game unconsciously affects our lives.Against the backdrop of the popularity of "King of Glory",taking the youth as the research object,this paper applies interactionism theory,ecological system theory and other social work theories to analyzes the causes and the impacts of social games on young people by investigating the current situation of young people playing mobile games.To start with,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research status of this phenomena,and then uses qualitative research methods to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 young people.Besides,A member of the official editorial team of "King of Glory" have been interviewed to supplement the impacts of the game from the perspective of the game operator,who argues that the game can develop the team spirit of young people and enhance their emotional control.Finally,the paper compares three representative cases,using the rational-emotive therapy model,psychosocial therapy model and task-centered model respectively,to mitigate the negative impact of social mobile games,and formulates service plans for schools and communities,and makes other related suggestions to promote the positive impact of social mobile games.In conclusion,although mobile games may bring certain negative impacts on young people,such as harming physical and mental health,and creating excessive consumption behavior,they are not disasters and can develop young people’s communication skills,social interaction skills,and teamwork abilities if they are used properly. |
