| The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities generally exists "isolated island phenomenon".The university scientific and technological achievements have been shelved.It is difficult to connect with the market,and it can not realize the production and industrialization.The main cause of this situation lies in a series of obstacles in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Due to these obstacles and drawbacks,there are many risks in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,including market risk,intellectual property risk and cooperation risk.Existing research indicates that intellectual property risk is one of the most important risks in cooperative innovation.As the main carrier of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,intellectual property rights have the risk of leakage and theft when it flows between the main bodies.In addition,the opportunistic behavior of cooperative enterprises can also lead to this risk.Therefore,from the perspective of management and sociology,this paper studies the intellectual property risks in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and their impact on resistance transformation,and focus on the moderating role of private relations.It is of great theoretical and practical value to solve the obstacle in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Combined with the theory of innovation resistance,this thesis deeply studies the influence of intellectual property risk on the resistance transformation of scientific and technological achievements.At the same time,this thesis selects personal relationships as moderators,and studies its influence on the relationship between intellectual property risk and resistance transformation.The thesis constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between intellectual property risk,personal relationship and innovation resistance.In this thesis,the data are collected by interview method and questionnaire survey,and relevant analysis and regression analysis are carried out to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that the risk of knowledge theft has a significant positive effect on rejection transformation.However,knowledge leakage risk and knowledge timeliness risk have no significant positive effect on rejection transformation.Knowledge theft risk,knowledge leakage risk and knowledge timeliness risk have significant positive influence on delay transformation.Personal relationship plays a negative role in the relationship between knowledge theft risk and rejection transformation,and it have the same effect on the relationship between knowledge theft risk,knowledge leakage risk and delay transformation.There is no significant negative regulation effect in the relationship between knowledge leakage risk,knowledge timeliness risk and rejection transformation.So it is with the effect on the relationship between knowledge timeliness and delay transformation.Finally,based on the research conclusion,in order to reduce the intellectual property risk of scientific research personnel and resist transformation consciousness,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,this thesis put forward to some suggestions. |
