The Application Of "Internet + Red Culture" In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

In our country,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been highly valued by the party and the government for a long time.With the development and progress of the times and the change of social environment,the party has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In December 2016 a national meeting of ideological and political work was held,and the General Secretary Xi pointed out that “to do the ideological and political work well in colleges and universities,firstly we should exactly know students' ideological thoughts,and actively respond to students' ideological concerns,help students to dispel misunderstanding with proper methods,lead the students' growth;secondly,we should keep up with the pace of development of ideological and political education and firmly grasp the theme as the time goes on;thirdly we should adapt ourselves to the progress of new times,to the new changes in the world and new social changes,to the new normality of students' online learning and drive the development of ideological and political education work.Meanwhile,we should apply new media and new technology to make work more effective,promote a deep combination between the traditional superiority of ideological and political work and information technology,and enhance the sense of the times and appeal”.Nowadays,human beings have entered the era of internet,and the use of the internet to innovate the work has already becomes a hot topic in the field of ideological and political education.To do ideological and political work well in universities in the internet era,in addition to taking advantage of internet for ideological and politicaleducation innovation,being great importance to grasp the leadership of ideology,and adhere to the development road of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The party's 19 th People's Congress put forward that “to construct a culture-powerful socialist country”,“firmly grasp the leadership of ideological work”,“to strengthen the development of internet content,to establish a comprehensive management system,to create a cool and bright network environment”.It can be seen that is worthy of further thinking and exploration that how to use internet platform,information and communication technology to spread the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and by this way,to carry out ideological and political education activities,innovate ideological and political work in colleges and universities,to occupy the main position of the network and spread the positive energy of civilization.According to the development needs of the times,with the theory of Marx ideology,the theory of the carrier of ideological and political education,and the media ecology,and other related theories.The author adopts the literature research method and look up some relevant literature at home and abroad,and makes a clear definition of the core concepts of this research.Meanwhile from the two aspects of completing the task and enhancing the effectiveness of education,the author systemically teases out the important value of “internet + red culture” on the ideological and political education.And by using the method of questionnaire investigation,random sampling among the students in institutions of higher learning in Chongqing city to carry out the research work of the current situation of the use of “internet + red culture” in the ideological and political education,the author sums up the current problems of the use of “internet + red culture” of single internet application media,small efforts on the development of exclusive internet media,and serious phenomenon of information fragmentation.At the same time,the author makes a further analysis of the specific causes to the problems.Finally this paper focuses on the research topic,for the existing problems and the reasons,from the following three aspects putting forward the exploration of the application of “internet + red culture” in the ideological and political education:One is the application principles,that includes the principle of “three close to”,“the unity of dominant education and recessive education” and “core values of socialism as guidance for behavior”.Two is the application path,that means to create a “red culture” theme website,establish the platform of “red culture” Massive Open Online Course,register the “red culture” WeChat and Micro-blog,and develop more “red culture” applications of smart phone.Three is the application supporting,such as to unify the understanding of the efficacy of “internet + red culture” integration,to increase the investment,and strengthen the publicity of “internet + red culture”,finally formulate the evaluation mechanism of application effect and improve network media quality of undergraduates.From the above three aspects,the author aims at exploring the application of“internet + red culture” in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,I hope that it can play an important role and value in innovating college students' ideological and political education and enhancing the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.
