With the rapid development of China's economy,the K-12 stage full-time international schools equipped with the provision of foreign education model,the recruitment of foreign students as well as teaching foreign courses,have become an important part of China's education system.However,in recent years,more and more new international schools and educational brands rushed into the Chinese market,while as the main enrollment source of international schools,the number of foreign students has shown a declining trend.All kinds of international schools generally showed a slowdown developing phenomenon.In this environment,the IT department in international schools should change their own mindset to switch from the traditional hardware maintenance and troubleshooting-based work model to customer-oriented one-the model to enhance customer satisfaction as the goal,by improving the overall quality of service to promote the end user's IT Application level.All the measures above will benefit schools not only on teaching and operation efficiency improvement,but also reducing operational costs,which makes the school more competitive in the market.How to switch IT department from the "money sector" into "production sector" is the question placed in front of international schools need to urgently addressed,which is the main focus of this paper.Based on the theory of modern IT service management and customer satisfaction,this paper collects and analyzes the satisfaction survey results of IT customer service of C international schools,and finds out the various factors that cause IT service customer dissatisfaction.Considering the actual situation of C international schools,the feasibility of customer satisfaction improvement methods are proposed from four dimensions of the staff,technology,resources and process.This paper has some significance to the IT management and development of international schools,and also has practical reference value for IT service management of other domestic schools.
