Research On The Development Strategy Of QDHH

Private colleges and universities,as an important part of education,play an important role in the personnel training,promoting economic development and realizing the popularization of higher education.Private colleges and universities show strong vitality and a thriving scene because of its advantages of system and mechanism.In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the higher education market,private colleges and universities must comprehensively introduce the competition mechanism,build the brand and create the characteristics.Meanwhile,they must make a comprehensive analysis of its development strategy and develop a series of supporting measures based on the core competence.QDHH University is a private university approved by the Ministry of Education.With distinct characteristics of running school and coordinated development of multidisciplinary,it has stood out from the similar private universities,formed a certain brand effect and has achieved some success experience in the development of it.Now QDHH University is undergoing a transition from the extension development to the connotation development.The essence of connotation development is the process of pursuing the core competitiveness.In this paper,the core competitiveness and research on development strategy of private colleges and universities are applied in the strategic management of the development of private universities.Taking QDHH University as the research object,from the current situation of research on development strategy management of it,the paper analyzes and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of its competitiveness as well as the opportunities and challenges,finds out the developmental factors and restrictive factors that influence its core competitiveness and effectively construct the development strategy system based on the core competitiveness.
