A Company Unmarried Young People’s Blind Groups Study Depend On Single-person Friendship Activity

With the continuous progress of the urbanization process,more and more young people move into the city,in different companies to join the city construction.In this process the city appeared in a large number of single youth.In order to better serve the single young workers in the companies,the professional trade union social workers as the core of the S Street trade unions to carry out a single youth blind group activities.This study examines the form and effectiveness of this activity.The age of individual youth is roughly 22 to 40 years old,is an early adult and adulthood,most people have established self-identity,psychological desire and close relationship with the opposite sex,ready to set up their home,while most of them have a steady income.However because of their usual work is too busy so they have seldom chance contact same age opposite sex too narrow,lack of a deeply understanding platform.Based on the theory of information acquisition and social learning,the research is based on the theory of the group process and the purpose of the group to be scientifically designed and carried out concrete implementation,and the group work As the core of the single youth social activities to study,to understand the activities of the development process,the results,combined with the needs of enterprises single young people to assess the activities.The theory of information acquisition,social learning theory and group dynamics theory can guide the development of blind date activities,can improve the team members lack of information,lack of communication skills and other issues,so as to help enterprises to improve staff performance to reduce the additional costs.
