Preschool teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools Chinese teachers' professional development is the professional vocational school language teachers through in-service education,training or self-study and other ways to obtain professional skills,professional knowledge,professional philosophy and ethics and other aspects of the development process.The professional development of Chinese teachers directly determines the quality of Chinese teaching for professional students in secondary vocational school,and will affect the effect of Chinese language teaching and humanistic teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the professional development of professional Chinese teachers in secondary vocational school.Through the investigation and interview of 4 Hunan province secondary vocational school teachers professional Chinese teachers,the current vocational school professional Chinese teachers in the professional concept although set up "and moral education as the first",and can understand the deep connotation of ethics,but also has certain professional skills and professional knowledge.But overall,preschool teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools Chinese teachers' self development consciousness,professional ability should be improved,and the current education and training can not meet the needs for professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools,but also the lack of promoting teachers' professional development support system.The current vocational school professional Chinese teachers' professional development is mainly influenced by Chinese curriculum characteristics,influence factors such as training Chinese teachers,as well as the influence of the professional knowledge structure of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational school is not perfect,the reflective ability weak,teaching achievement,mental health problems and other factors.At the same time,the marginalization of Chinese courses,the development of teaching and research activities in secondary vocational schools,and the collaboration among professional teachers and teachers in secondary vocational schools have all affected the professional development of Chinese teachers.Chinese professional teachers in secondary vocational schools to promote the professional development of teachers,teachers must first raise the consciousness of independent development,and through a variety of ways to improve self accumulation,literacy,and form a good habit of professional reflection;secondly also must carry on the reform to the Chinese curriculum teaching according to the new "outline" requirements,to promote the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools through the course of development;the school is an important place for teachers of professional Chinese teachers' professional development,it is necessary to improve the understanding of the leaders of the school teachers' professional development,and the construction of harmonious campus culture and the establishment of cooperation,professional development team was diagnosed with dre for teachers professional Chinese teachers' professional development;in addition,we should establish effective training mechanism characteristic for teachers professional development.
