In recent years by the positive influence of Chinese Football Association Super League,the football industry has developed rapidly,different levels of football clubs are establishing gradually a modern enterprise management,but compared with Europe's big five football leagues football club,there are still many gaps,The most significant difference is in the Club operation management.Therefore,it is important real sense to study the current situation,existing problems and strategies of professional football clubs from the point of view of operation management.Dalian,the city has been best known as First Football City in China.Since 1994,Dalian has assumed the responsibility to open the new era of Chinese football,Professional Operation and efficient Management,in the cheers and celebration,Dalian football club won one after another champion.In year 2002,the peak period of Dalian football,Chinese football unprecedented kicked into the World Cup.However,on 2nd November,2014 the 20 year later,Dalian football team reduced to a lower rank,therefor,Xinhua News also commented on the article called �Decadent Football Nobility�.Based on the research and summarization of the theory of operation and management,this paper takes Dalian AY Football Club as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,PEST,Porter model and SWOT analysis to analyze the current situation of AY football club,Depend on this,used the operation and management theory as a guide,and targeted to provide the countermeasures and suggestions of the Dalian AY Football Club in the future development.This paper is divided into six parts.In the first chapter of all,introduced the background and significance of this article.In the second chapter,elaborated the theory of modern operation and management,and the feasibility of adopting the theory of operation management in professional football clubs.The third chapter according to the investigation data,analyzed the current situation of AY club operation management,and made the corresponding problem diagnosis.Chapter 4 analyzed Dalian AY football club operation environments.By applying PEST analysis,the Porter model and the internal condition analysis,using SWOT analysis model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the AY club and the opportunities and threats,and to position the future development of the AY club.In the fifth chapter,according to the results of SWOT analysis to provide the AY club future development strategy.In Chapter sixth,summarized the whole contents of this study,and prospects the future of Dalian AY football club.This paper will coach of Dalian AY football club theoretically,and enrich the relevant research of Chinese professional football club.In addition,it also provides reference for the football club which is similar to Dalian AY Football Club.
