Study On The Purchasing Service Model Based On The Logistics Socialization Reform In Southwest X Universities

University logistics is an integral part of the higher education system,which is a necessary support for scientific research,training talents and serving the society and also related to the harmony and stability of the campus.To promote the comprehensive deepening reform of logistic socialization in universities,is the direction of reform of being constructed with the new effective logistics support system of the Chinese characteristics and an indispensable part of the cultivation,development and shaping China characteristics modern university system.The outstanding problems of logistics socialization reform in China at present has the conservative reform,lack of innovation,lack of marketization and low efficiency in the use of capital,which severely restricts the college logistics socialization reform.With the operation of the new campus and rapid expansion of enrollment,since Logistics Group Corporation founded in 2000,it meets the task of providing logistical services in an effective and orderly way,and also meets the rapid expansion of the rear service scale after the expansion of the University.However,in reality,there are still outstanding problems in the logistics of Southwest X University,such as insufficient market reform,lack of reform depth,lack of market competitiveness,logistics and self run enterprises regarding as "one family" and so on.Therefore,based on the background knowledge and the current situation of logistics socialization reform in southwest X University,with the help of the new public management theory,institutional change theory,service outsourcing theory,principal-agent theory,through the typical cases,and take the Southwest X University as an object of study,this paper study the purchasing service model of logistics socialization reform in southwest X University.This paper is divided into the following five chapters for analysis: the first chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of college logistics socialization reform,and summarizes and comments on the results of its theory and practice;the second chapter defines the some core concepts,and discusses the new management theory,institutional change theory and other related basic theories;the third chapter reviews the history and current status of the logistics socialization reform in southwest X universities;the fourth chapter focuses on analyzing logistics socialization purchase service model in the Southwest X University by case,and then carries on the empirical research and give the appraisal;the fifth chapter puts forward some innovative opinions and suggestions about the logistics socialization purchase service model in the Southwest X University.Through the study of this paper,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the university logistics socialization reform both in theoretical research and practical exploration,and I will continue to improve it in the following studies and work.
