In recent years,with the continuous improvement of education system and the continuous promotion of education reform,China's teacher education has made great progress.With the emergence of the problem,the traditional teacher training mode has some contradictions with the actual needs of basic education,so the current teacher training is investigated.It is of great significance to find out the problems and provide corresponding suggestions to promote the development of teacher education and to train more outstanding teachers in line with the needs of the times.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,this study takes into consideration the training process of excellent teachers in local colleges and universities.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,defines the relevant core concepts,introduces the theoretical basis,research ideas and methods,and the innovation and deficiency.The first chapter summarizes the literature about "excellent teachers","teacher education in local normal universities" and "PDCA cycle theory",which mainly starts with quantitative analysis and content analysis.Combing out the current situation of research on the training of outstanding teachers in local normal colleges and universities,corresponding to the completion of P plan,find out the main factors that affect the training of outstanding teachers,and form the basic dimensions of the investigation.It provides a new perspective for the further development of this study.The second chapter combs the development course of teacher training mode at home,and finds the historical and realistic basis for this study.The third chapter is the empirical research part,which corresponds to the implementation stage of D,including survey design,investigation and implementation,and the description and analysis of the survey results,providing data basis for the next chapter's problems and causes analysis.Chapter 4th focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of teacher training in local normal colleges and universities,corresponding to the C check stage;Through the analysis of text data,questionnaire data and interview results,find out the problems and causes of "outstanding teachers" training in local teachers colleges and universities,and find out the problems.The goal dimension analyzed in the first chapter corresponds to P;Curriculum,teachers,teaching,scientific research dimensionsand D corresponding;The evaluation dimension corresponds to C;The feedback dimension corresponds to A;Again,the PDCA cycle is combined with the research content to form the small loop in the large cycle.According to the results of the previous chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of "outstanding teachers" in local teachers colleges and universities,and attempts to construct the PDCA cycle model of teacher training in local normal universities.So that the training of teachers presents a three-dimensional spiral rising situation.
