If a teacher wants to perform a good lesson,foremost,an excellent classroom teaching design is indispensable.Recently,researchers have achieved remarkable progress in the design of middle school mathematics teaching in our country.The design of high school mathematics teaching is a significant part during the quality assessment and training for high school mathematics in-service and pre-service teacher.Besides,it also plays an important role in teachers' practical activities inside or outside the school.However,the senior high school mathematics teaching design of in-service and pre-service teacher did not achieve the expected level.To improve the teaching design level of high school mathematics teachers,we need to systematically analyze them,and find out the existing problems,then perfect them.The students are the main part of the education.To evaluate the successful of a class,it can not only meet the requirements of new curriculum standards in its teaching design,and whether its teaching method conforms to the requirements of education quality of current quality.It is also important that if the students like this lesson,and receive the knowledge,skills,process and methods,and their emotional attitude and values after listening to this lesson.With the development of times and the progress of society,students are constantly changing their existing cognition and values and attitudes towards new knowledge.Therefore,teaching design should transformed with the change in times to better adapt to current students.However,in many previous studies,the researchers rarely use the evaluation of students as the basis for evaluating teaching design,hence such appraisal is not objective enough in part.This study analyzes the teaching design by case interviews,classroom video of mature teachers and pre-service teachers,respectively.Meanwhile,we use the survey data of ‘the questionnaire of Students' evaluation for teacher's teaching design' to analysis the teaching design of mature teachers and pre-service teachers and find out the differences between their design in teaching process.Finally,we summed up the problems of the teaching process design for pre-teacher and mature teachers.It can put forward some suggestions for pre-service teachers,mature teachers and the training of normal university students.
