The 21 st century is such an age with collection rate,change and crisis characteristics,and this age will need social members with rapid transformation ability and the ability to adapt.In the process of the impact of the change and adaptation,graduate students are inevitably frustrated by school,employment,interpersonal relationship,love of setbacks correct understanding.Because many graduate students lack of setbacks,weak ability to resist setback,they cause a series of negative behavior,even bring harm to your family and friends,more serious influence on society.Therefore,strengthen the graduate student ability to resist frustrations and self-adaptation ability was the top priority,and society,school,family,graduate students themselves need to make joint efforts to help growing for a generation of outstanding youth of postgraduate,realize personal value,completion of construction and the mission of defending the motherland.Combining setback education research results at home and abroad,this study by applying the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods.On basis of H university full-time postgraduate setback education present situation investigation,this paper concludes and analyses the existing problems and the influencing factors of postgraduate setback education implementation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of improvement of setback education.This study is divided into four parts: firstly,it mainly summarized and sorted out the domestic and foreign setbacks education research situation,and made the concept definition of setbacks and setbacks education;Secondly,it is mainly to understand the current situation of the failure of the university's full-time postgraduate student,education,in terms of the current situation of the frustration of graduate students,and the situation of education.Thirdly,combined with the present situation and the interview content,the study has analyzed that full-time postgraduates' setback education exists many problems such as parents' frustration education deficiencies,weak consciousness of self-frustration education of graduate students.At the same time,it summarized the influence factors of the setback education implementation,including social school family and personal factors;Lastly,by reference to the previous results,combining with the actual situation in our country,I propose some instructive methods including strengthening frustration education school teachers,changing the concept of parents' education,improve parents culture,improve self-setback education consciousness,etc.,to perfect the countermeasures and suggestions of setback education.
