Library Resources For Job Knowledge Needs Study Recommended

With the increasingly fierce competition in society,employment is also growing.Libraries have begun to focus on jobs,and provide employment services,even more to build a digital library of employment for those special group of seekers.However,while providing the job search skills about job information,the written training,job interview guide,personality assessment and so on to the user,can avoid the user into a quandary in the job search process,but did not improve the user’s professional skills essentially.This paper from the perspective of user demand of employment,to train the professional skills required to users in the job for the purpose of study,hoping to find a oriented collection resources recommended method for job knowledge demand.This paper firstly analyzes some of the basic theory about the employment demand and collection resources knowledge expression,then summarized the basic concept and main components of collection resources recommendation system.In this paper,we base on network text mining,to building a relationship models which includes professional,jobs,and knowledge three points,mainly describes the process of the construction of the relational model,then using the relational model to extract the need of employment information.Then,we has explored the expression of the knowledge about the collection resources based on the key points in the relational model,established the relationships between the knowledge and the collection resources,thus built a relational model which inculde professional,jobs,knowledge and collection resources.Then,this paper extract the user employment demand,and build the user knowledge requirement model base on analysing the characteristics of the user and user behavior analysis,and describes in detail how complete every link in the process of building.In addition,this paper also build the collection resources recommended prototype system framework for employment information,and calculated the similarity between the collection resources and the employment information demand of user,then generated personalized recommendations as a result,finally completed the collection resources recommended for this kind of special user.Finally,this paper cellected the experimental data set based on the experimental requirements of prototype system,then analysed the relationship models base on network text mining,the extraction of user needs of information and expression of the knowledge about the collection resources,and the collection resources recommended prototype system framework,so as to verify the reliability,availability,real-time and operability about the system.
