| Graphite has been extremely widely applied in lithium ion anode materials, graphite electrode, etc, for its good characteristics, and graphitization process is the key technology of transforming from non-graphitic carbon to graphite. To achieve graphitization, modern large capacity of graphite materials factory mainly adopts the method of electric heating acheson graphitization furnace. At present, all of the domestic existing system use the way of shifting gear with transformer on-load hierarchical. According to the given standard power curve, by full-time operator manual regulation within the prescribed period of time or manipulation of the rectifier transformer gear with the help of computer to realize the power semi-automatic control during the processing of graphitization. The system may stop while the actual consumption or sending time of power reachs the predetermined value. This mode of control are greatly influenced by human, and the level of automation is low, leading to the troublesome of enterprise management and the improvement of product quality of graphitization.In order to meet the need of graphitizing process, a new kind of automatic power control system for Acheson graphitization furnace is studied and designed based on MCGS WWW configuration software and the function of remote monitoring is realized. The RS485 bus technology is used to build the control system and an IPC as the control host, the system replaces the existing manual or semi-automatic control systems to achieve automatic power control for Acheson graphitizing process. Firstly, this article describes the composition and function of each part of the control system briefly; Secondly, the working principles and software flow charts are mainly introduced, especially for a two-grade moving average filter, method of automatic power distribution control and self-recovering technique from abnormal power outage. Then a model for stopping the power distribution is established by judging the resistance of a furnace, power consumption and running time.The system has lasted for more than a year in a company of Lithium electrode material graphitizing in Hunan with 180 production cycles, and the operating effects shows that the system is stable and easy to operate, and the quality of product is stable and power consumption declines by 6%. The system can automatically recover from any abnormal power outage. It shows that the system has very good robustness and adaptability. |
