On WEB-based Design And Development Of Financial Budget System In Vocational Colleges

Budget management is one of the important parts in the finance management in vocational colleges. What’s more, it is a vital means to ensure the high efficient running of finance and have scientific decision. To meet the demands of developing social economy and managing financial budget in vocational colleges, it is extremely necessary to design and develop an accurate finance budget management system which can timely reflect the condition of income and expense between internal budget and external sources of finance.Based on current actual situation of work of vocational colleges’ financial budget management, this paper is written to meet the practical needs of having instant communication with financial system and realizing the synergy of its business. This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of financial budget management in vocational colleges. It also expounds related basic theory and corresponding technology of developing system. The paper has analyzed and tested the feasibility of the system. It designed its business process of system data base in details on the basis of general design and expounded the design ideas and system structure of financial budget management system in vocational colleges. On carrying out the system, starting from logon rights and access control, it elaborates the realization of system management, basic data, budget making, budget audit, and budget management.The system uses B/S three-layer architecture, technical frame Ext JS fore-end and Micro Visual Studio compositive development platform. ASP.NET is chosen as its development platform and SQL Server2012 is applied in SQL database development platform. Technical platform is chosen according to the maturity and complexity of the system. Most of the functions of financial budget management can be finished on the basis of testing results and staging system. The system can deal with different load pressure and ensure its steady running. In the respects of function and performance, it can meet the basic demands of design. It can meet the needs of financial budget management system in vocational colleges to some extent.
