| In the information age, with the rapid development of Internet and mobile devices, enterprise informationization has become the public focus. Demands of different control indicators have become increasingly high during the office operation, including the efficiency of the cooperative office, real-time information processing. With the rapid development of handheld devices, all kinds of software system on which have been developing rapidly too. Such a convenience has brought a revolutionary change to people’s work, which is convenient for the office staff, making them do their work anywhere. With the popularity of the handheld devices, Office operation on these devices is becoming more common as a standard of modern office.Rapid development of handheld devices brings dynamic and prospects of the development for the Android system. This paper designed a set of archive management system based on the development of handheld devices of Android system and Java language, including key technologies, system requirement analysis, code implementation as well as system testing. This paper uses the popular mode of browser-server, which decreases the workload and improves the speed of system during the construction and late maintenance of system. It makes full use of existing network resources and saves the cost of system deployment, which realizes the modernized management of archives management system. This system designed each function page of the front desk by using JAVA frameworks, implementing each function module on the front page of the system. The system of modular design realizes the high cohesion and low coupling of system energy at the front desk. Microsoft SQLServer2005 back-end database system makes it easier to bind JAVA data at front desk and to deliver to the back-end database. The study also determines the system’s development model, which mainly develops the retired management system of AP Company by using B/S structure. The client decided to use a browser such as IE, Firefox, ETC. The use of the most widely-used three-layer architecture model divide the system into three layers, namely the database layer, data layer as well as the application layer. Through the coordinated application of three different layers, the efficiency, interaction and dynamic of the system can be improved. In order to guarantee the security of the system, the system is under strict access control, plus a security architecture design. In this system, because of the B/S structure, there is no need to develop the client programs. The client can just uses a normal browser.The system development process is based on the analysis of requirements, and the roles and functions of the system are divided in detail through the idea of modularization design, which specifies the function of user interaction. Each module was designed, and the key functional modules of the system were introduced in detail. The design and implementation of the system key function module were also completed, including financial management module, index management module, document management as well as the financial information management module. The database is designed in detail, and finally the application code developed on Android platform technology has been published, then the whole system are realized. |
