A kind of automobile headlamp detection system based on Machine Vision in this paper according to the present status of auto headlamp detection.Firstly, GB4599-2007 and GB7258-2004 is overread, through the introduction of some measure methods, the characteristic and the application field are analyzed and compared. The method of Machine vision is selected to detect Photometric characteristics of the auto headlamp in this paper.Imaging system based in optical convex lens is used and the measuring system using CCD as detector, it utilizes the Computer controlling technology and Digital image processing technology, and the purpose of The automatic dimmer, Photometric characteristics and The air-leakage detector has been achieved.In this paper, the measuring principle of tests in Photometric characteristics detection and The air-leakage detector of automobile headlamp is further researched, and The whole design schemes of system and its Digital image processing algorithm is optimized, includes the structure and design of the system, automatic dimmer design, Optical imaging system model, the model of algorithm of Light shape tracking, the model of algorithm dealing with the detecting image of Photometric characteristics. According to design, a fully automatic detection software was compiled by LabVIEW code, analyze the return data of experiment.The automobile headlamp vision detection system is integrated with technology of optics, mechanics, electronics and computer science, so it is rapid and accurate, and can be applied into practice. |
