| Mass production which appeared in the early twenty century, has created huge economic benefits for manufacturing for a long time. But with the development of social economy, the mass production can’t meet the demand of increasingly personalized products of people. A new production model, that is mass customization, has been accepted as the efficient model in manufacturing. While rapid product design is the important basis and guarantee to promote mass customization.Under this background the paper is intended to analyze the problems in three-dimensional resources management of some railway electrical company. To solve this problem, this paper presents the new classification of three-dimensional resources.Meanwhile, the paper builds a kind of holographic three-dimensional model which contains 3D geometrical model and material attributes. Besides, material attributes cover information in many fields such as manufacturing, purchasing and technique and so on.Secondly, new product development and design process is analyzed and some issues in the process are discussed in the paper. Besides, the functional requirement of three-dimensional CAD resource platform is pointed out and the feasibility of constructing the platform analyzed. And the system architecture and function module of the platform are put forward.Thirdly, realization process of three-dimensional CAD secondary development technology, visualization and parametric technology and so on in the platform are researched. On this basis, Visual Studio 2010 served as the second development platform, the paper makes use of object-oriented programming language and second development interface which is provided by Solid Edge. Besides, a database based on SQL Server 2010 and Access 2003 is designed.Then three-dimensional CAD resource platform integrated with ERP/CAD/PDM is built.Finally, the working process and operation of the platform are introduced. Meanwhile, the interface and method of operation of standard parts library, parametric design module, BOM table auto generator and background management system are expounded. Thus, the system framework and solution of three-dimensional CAD resource platform are verified. |
