Research And Implementation Of A Benchmarking Analysis System For Independent Research And Development Of Vehicle Products

Benchmarking analysis, as an important management tool to develop products, has attracted plenty of prestigious foreign companies’ attention.Facing increasingly fierce international competition, local firms urgently need to improve.Their ability to develop their own vehicles.Accurate bechmarking analysis information used in automotive design by car markers can help to identify their strength and weaknesses,thus leading to reduced development costs, shorter development time frame,greater speed and quality of automotive research and development, larger market share and stronger competitiveness.Meanwhile increasingly benchmarking analysis data diffused in different department which leading to inefficiency in data management and causing duplicate analysis is hampering the speed demand for research and development.For these reasons, I explore how to develop and establishing benchmarking analysis system to realize centralized management for data, provide sharing query, browsing, analysis and exporting services.The remainder of the paper is organized as follows:(1)Through the car of domestic and foreign benchmarking analysis research and application of technical analysis, combines with the characteristics and demands of the product development in the automotive industry, leads to the problem and demand exists, elaborates the necessity of establishing the competitive analysis and the urgency of competing products database.(2)In view of the present situation and needs of a car is put forward for automotive product design research and development,cars benchmarking analysis function of the system framework and architecture, discusses the function framework of competing products data analysis system, determine the system architecture to build a competitive analysis,benchmarking analysis system laid the foundation for vehicle.(3)According to the actual business needs analysis of the vehicle product development competition, the competing products data management, and expounds the competitive products of data acquisition, data storage and query of competing products, competitive data output.(4) based on the needs of competitive analysis, discusses in detail the Bench Marking analysis competitive analysis template management and business process management.(5)A domestic automobile factory based on the actual business needs, using EXT framework technology,ASP.NET web technology, developing for vehicle benchmarking analysis system, the competitive analysis system has been successfully implemented and applied in the enterprise.
