| With the development of automation and internet technologies, the application of Internet of Things(IOT) is becoming more and more popular. To tracking the products in the process of small and medium firms, it is proposed to apply the IOT technology to order management systems in the thesis, where the system is implemented as a template for a medium-size elevator manufacturer.Employing the requirements analysis for the firm’s the business process and its production features, the architecture of the order management system is established, where the system is divided into several functional modules, such as user management, order management, plan management and so on. Based on the comparison of tracking technologies of IOT, the QR Code technology, combining with the Text to Speech(TTS) technology, is adopted to realize information collection tasks of the system. Following the inspecting into the QR Code and TTS, the application of the technology is also discussed in detail.According to the architecture, the design and implementation of the system is presented in following sections. The design is divided into the design of database, including conceptual design, logical design and physical design, and the design of functionality, including order management, plan management and so on. The realization of the system, which is guided by the functionality design and illustrated by online running, is also described in detail. The deployment environment consists of the background server side, which realized under PHP and Apache, and mobile client side on the Android platform. The practice indicates that it efficiently improves the tracking of the products in the producing process by applying IOT technology to order management system. |
