| About a decade ago, social network service was first built and now, it has become one of the most important new media platforms with a huge scale of users. These users bring giant quantity of information. it travels through the SNS rapidly which leaves fraud scientific information a chance to avail itself of the opportunity to get to users as there lies a great gap between the supplication and needs for scientific information. These fraud scientific information utilizes the characteristics of SNS. For normal users, fraud scientific information can cause damage to health or personal property. As for society, it brings threats to public sentiment, culture development and the stability of the society. This paper analyses how the media features of SNS affects fraud scientific information from communicating by gathering and classifying massive amount of fraud scientific information from SNS based on concepts from other subjects. Then the author tried to conclude the means of classifying, defining fraud scientific information as well as how they were produced and communicated.In this article, the author concluded the media features like rapidity, interactivity that SNS has and picked a widely accepted theory for the mechanism of transmission. the author concludes the features of this kind of information based on the preciseness of science and put the basis of the classification of fraud science information on the departure level, it is divided into three categories :fabricated, exaggerated and garble quote out of context. Based on a common information communicating mechanism theory, the author brings up a particular theory for the wide range of communication of fraud scientific information.At the end of this paper, the author proposed a series of methods to shorten the life cycle of fraud scientific information as well as improving the ability of self-protecting for normal SNS users. |
