Redesign For ITSM Of T Central Branch Of People’s Bank Of China

In recent years, the development of information technology (IT) has a great influence on the financial industry. The widely used of information technology makes financial institutions have a faster response to market, so as to provide better products and services to the market. The prefecture-level branches of the People’s Bank of China provide society--Oriented services, such as large value and bulk electronic payment and settlement service, clearing, fiscal and tax horizontal networking, settlement account approval, credit registries query, citizenship networking verification and other financial services. All of these services are realized in the form of computer software system through financial city network (computer networks) or the Internet. With the continuous development of economy, the financial activities in T city are increasing, the amount of providing financial services business is also rising, the following the operation and maintenance of information system is heavier, too. What is more, the standard for the stability of the information system is higher and higher. The operation and maintenance factor of information system is no longer a few people with experience, the team with only one backbone will not meet with the increasing demand.In order to solve the contradiction between the present situation of information system’s operation maintenance and management and the growing financial services business in the T city branch of people’s bank of China. This paper will not put forward new design based on the old IT operational system and scheme. A new scheme will be designed, it will establish a process based on ITIL reference standard, this process includes service desk, incident management, problem management, change management and configuration management. The new operational management scheme will improve the quality of information system operations and maintenance; enhance the stability of information system, made contributions to local financial services and financial stability.This article is to find a better solution which will promote the optimal management of various information systems, so this topic has a great practical significance.
