Besides, more and more projects are being developed at the same time, such as product development, product modification, product localization, cost optimization, and so on. Except the normal production, more and more business should be managed as project. In the operation process of each project, project managers should fully coordinate different resources, and the delivery-time restriction should be implemented strictly. All projects should be operated effectively, and should be planned detailedly, implemented and tracked. Different sections should collaborate with each other and hazard control should be implemented. Based on the conditions above, each project can be achieved in scheduled time and budget and quality, which means that the requirements of customer and enterprise will be satisfied.The paper firstly introduced the concept and the function of project management in the project of body mold development. For the actual requirements of body mold project development and management of whole vehicle enterprise, and the requirements of mold at different stages of concept-design-production-quality optimization, the characteristics and information requirements of mold development project management was introduced secondly. Besides, current mainstream computer software development technology was combined:J2EE technology was used to the system design and development.The system mainly included the following contents:preliminary planning, project establishment, mold design, mold production, mold acceptance, mold delivery, quality optimization and the final handover. A lot of charts were collected and analyzed, such as progress benchmark, cost benchmark, material benchmark, test benchmark and quality benchmark. By these charts, the process of mold development, the cost, and the utilization rate of materials can be monitored. And the comparison for the utilization rate of materials for different car type, trial number, test efficiency and quality optimization level can be implemented.In this project, I am responsible for the role of the development team, to participate in the work of the project, the cost of progress, design and manufacturing module needs analysis and outline design, detailed design and development work, and to guide and manage the development of personnel development.The paper describes the design and implementation of the project from the project background, system analysis, overall design, detailed design to the specific implementation details.The system has been officially put into use in whole vehicle enterprise. And the check-style code inspection, function test, integration test and stress test were done before the actual use. The system achieved the original requirements and got user’s recognition. The system provided great convenience for whole vehicle enterprise for the electronic and digital management for body mold research and development. |
