As energy crisis and environmental pollution getting serious increasingly, utilization of clean and renewable energies has been the research focus of different countries. Solar energy which is clean, popular and its quantity many become an important member of clean and renewable energies. As more and more families installing solar panels, it is imperative to make it parallel operated. And the development of embedded system and digital signal processor makes the control method of parallel operation for household solar power connected-grid generation further developed and improved. This paper, taking this as the background, researches the core content of household solar power connected-grid generation and monitoring system with the careful study of the previous results. Design of a electrical network monitoring device based on ARM and DSP.A new design of ARM and DSP electrical nerwork monitoring device is proposed in this paper. TMS320F2812 DSP and high precision ADS8365 are used for power quality data synchronous acquisition. Monitoring values are computed in the DSP, which communicates with S3C2410 embedded with Linux system via serial port and transfers power data and computed values. By logging in to the homepage of the observation system, power grid manager can check the operation status of electric power network in real-time and deal with the failure messages, user can view the consumer information and power grid parameters in real-time. The operation system fulfills the electric parameter measuring requirements distributed electric energy supply system and it is satisfactory in remote network monitor control and real-time.
