It is an important industry restricted by and with reaction to national economic. With the progress of science and technology, how to deal with the relationship between the culture and science and technology and explore the cultural development, technological progress, so as to promote the development of media industry has become a problem to be solved urgently under the new situation.This paper mainly studies the development problems of media industry in Liaoning province, and the article is divided into six parts.
