Design And Implementation Of Hangzhou Basic Statistical Ledger Management System

Today, the society has a growing demand for statistical work, and the requirements on statistical are also increasing. Faced with the challenge of how to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of basic statistics work, it has been the focus of attention of leaders at all levels of the statistics department. The accuracy of the statistics needs to start from the data source, and the registration of basic statistics ledger is the real starting point for getting an effective data source. How to establish a practical and efficient statistical electronic ledger, to ensure effective promotion and guide the enterprises to establish and improve statistical accounting system is a subject worthy of study, but also the content discussed in this article.In this paper, based on the accounting requirements for filing statistical base production and business activities and main economic indicators from Hangzhou Bureau the enterprises, we discussed the basis for the entire accounting system management, client management, regulatory systems and software interfaces, and other subsystems. It was analyzed the inner relationship of the various subsystems, to improve the statistical work by implementing these system functions.The development of statistical ledger management system is on the basis of the statistical ledgers which demanded by the statistics department on grass-roots enterprises.It carried out using the more widely used UBD three-tier architecture and the designed in the combination of C/S mode and B/S mode. It is based on the current more popular.NET Framework 4.0 platform, using Windows Form design framework to build the system’s presentation layer; using Developer Express controls to achieve operational business processes and data in business logic layer; and depending on the users, using Oracle and MySQL for the database. The whole system is designed and developed in Visual Studio2010 complete development environment, and using C# as the programming language to accomplish.The system is in selective pilot operation phase recently, the functions of each subsystem can basically complete the needs of different users. After using the system all enterprises give positive evaluation, and it gives a more truely reflection of the authenticity of statistical data.
