| With the progress of society, the development of integration of politics, economics and culture has become more flourishing. Accordingly, there is a increase in comprehensive cooperative office automation in government management. This kind of paperless, automated system in facilitating management has gradually replaced the cumbersome process used to be adopted, therefore, is popularized in the sectors of governments at all levels. The comprehensive cooperative office automation is also used to highway management. Industrial informatization is the primary condition of social informatization, and the comprehensive cooperative office automation is the inevitable result of the development of society informatization.Starting from the field of the highway, combining the network resource founded by the highway, and using the methods and techniques of software engineering, this paper aims at designing and implementing a comprehensive cooperative office automation for Taiyuan-Jiuguan highway in Shanxi Province to facilitate the management of the transport sector. An easy-to-use integrated cooperative office automation is proposed in dealing with the problems of overmuch highway sites, over-widely distributed staff, and complicated businesses. The system mainly achieves three parts, that is, the OA office, business management, and basic management system, which is divided into personal portal and corporate portal. Personal portal refers to set different permissions for different business roles so that individuals will perform better, corporate portal uses independent site as a unit to do administration and management operations for the entire site. B/S structure is adopted, and the idea of object-oriented design and UML language are used to fulfill the needs from customers and conduct the overall design in our system. In addition to meet the principles of practicality and usability, data security, a detailed design about data security and property is given then. Based on the J2EE development platform, MVC hierarchical design concept and SOA coordinated management platform are taken for design with a SQL database to realize them. At present, the system is ready to use in Taiyuan-Jiuguan highway in Shanxi Province. Our system meets the needs of public servant and the convenient managing demand of highway system. |
