With the continuous development of national defense science and technology,phased array radar has been widely used.Compared with the traditional radar,the pointing of phased array radar becomes more flexible,so it can rapidly scanning.At the same time,as for the large capacity of the targets,it can track hundreds of targets in the airspace.The advantage of radar networking lies in three aspects: first,the broader coverage;The second,more powerful tracking detection ability;Third,more operational viability.According to different management object,the radar resource management under the radar network system can be divided into micro management and macro management.As for the micro management,mainly is refers to the control to radar after get request at this week period.Under the constraint condition of the whole system in accordance with the rules of some kind of measure,it given the execution mode of the radar in the next cycle,interval and execute missions.The macro management refers to management of all radar for phased array radar system from the macroscopic angle,it mainly establish the next cycle for each radar working mode,working sequence,etc.Although the phased-array radar performance compared with the traditional radar performance is higher,but as the increases of number of tracking target,the difficulty of the efficient allocation of radar resources is higher.In multi-radar multi-target environment,in order to improve the efficient allocation of radar and target,in this paper,the radar networking system is studied,the main work contents of the paper summarized as follows:Firstly,starting from the model structure of resource management,set up a resource management framework based on multiple target tracking performance.Secondly,in view of the traditional based on covariance control allocation algorithm of multi-radar multi-target time consuming large amount of calculation and large,the disadvantages of poor response,this paper puts forward a kind heuristic algorithm with the number of targets and tracking precision.the algorithm is avoiding to solve the optimal value and reducing amount of calculation,at the same time,it ensures as far as possible more target tracking.Finally,the paper puts the simulation analysis.Then,from the perspective of application,this paper proposes a multi-radarmulti-target allocation based on tracking continuity in integer programming algorithm,the algorithm will combine priority of radar and target with sensor and target assignment results in the adjacent two moments as a target function,in radar networking system constraint conditions,to solve with the integer programming method.The simulation analysis was carried on.Finally,from the perspective of application,and in view of the disadvantages of the integer programming algorithms,this paper proposes a continuous distribution of multi-radar multi-target tracking using heuristic algorithm,the algorithm based on the priority target and radar,and the distribution of the last cycle results to solve the allocation problem of this cycle,it can be proved strong timeliness.
