Based On SSH Frame The Design And Realization Of Enterprise Archives Management System

In modern times archives are the most important medium of information,and archive management has been one of the core part of modern enterprise management. With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, the enterprise pay more and more attention to information specifications and effective management, strengthen the protection archives resources, improve the efficiency of archives work, and to avoid artificial factors caused by errors. Synchronizing the archives work and enterprise modernization development has become an urgent need for the sustainable development of enterprises.This project is aimed at a large enterprise archives information management study. This enterprise used a set of C/S structure of file management software of enterprise archives management which is launched in 2001 before. This system only have a record of archiving, loaning, returning,and cannot solve the problem of file storage medium, and the management mode is very simple and crude, lack of special system and management mechanism, has not up to the enterprise increasingly huge file size, from the file management personnel to the archives users feel very inconvenient. In this context, the author organization team for the development of the system, to solve the demand of enterprise pays attention to relevance application of archives information resources, especially focusing on the standardization of the archives management of the information, data, centralized safety management of archives management such as the difficulty to solve. Specific to the engineering practice, this article through the use of UML modeling analysis, demand for the above based on Struts Spring Hibernate framework implements the enterprise file management system, to apply to the business enterprise multi- level structure of demand.IN this paper,I firstly introduces the significance andresearch background of topics. This paper analyzes the principle of archives management facing many problems, and then introduces the status quo at home and abroad of the construction of the similar system, finally combining case the situation of the archives management of the enterprise, According to the latest Information technology, the system meet the enterprise actual design target which is putting forward.This Paper next describes the development process of the system according to the software development cycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, etc. Paper begins with the existing problems of enterprise archives MIS, the system has carried on the feasibility studies and demand analysis, on the basis of the analysis of the system in order to realize the function, put forward the design scheme of the system, and the system’s overall design thought. Next will mainly work on the design and implementation of the case system, such as building architecture, system development and according to the system design to the system running environment, system design, project directory structure to the implementation of each layer, database design, system test are introduced in details, and connecting with the actual operation process, introduces the main functions of the system operation.Thesis finally summarizes the research content, expounds my main work.
