Zhejiang Province has abundant of fresh agricultural products, a variety of its products among the nation and its trade and export of fresh agricultural products which account for a large share in the country. However, as society progresses,the economy has developed rapidly, and the consumer demand for fresh agricultural products occurred great changes. In recent years, the questions about food quality and safety, high prices of agricultural products, and low circulation efficiency of agricultural products challenge the traditional distribution model of fresh agricultural, the cultivation and innovation of fresh agricultural products distribution channels has become a priority.This article first sorted out the domestic and foreign research status and the conccept theory of the agricultural product circulation and the Internet of things technology, and finds out the four problems in the circulation of fresh agricultural products in Zhejiang area.These problems include the imbalance in retailer and supplier relationships; fresh agricultural market information asymmetry; low level of morden logistics facilities; the quality and safety monitoring mechanism of fresh agricultural products is not perfect.Aiming at the quality and safety of agricultural products, through the successful experience of foreign distribution channels for reference, combined with the actual situation in Zhejiang province, by using the Internet of things technology, the system framework is constructed from the whole, and then from the agricultural production of the source, the circulation process and sales process to solve this problem in three aspects. The source of production, including agricultural production, livestock breeding, and established the sensor network for crops growth environment, soil temperature and soil moisture, plant diseases and insect pests prevention agricultural soil moisture content monitoring and recording by using the biosensor; circulation process mainly includes the processing of agricultural products, warehousing, distribution and other links with the corresponding Internet of things technology products to solve problems encountered in the process; in the sales process, to achieve intelligent agricultural products. Finally establish the quality and safety traceability system of fresh agricultural products, and introduce the module design of the system briefly. At last, the paper puts forward suggestions on the development of agricultural products circulation channels in the Internet of things in Zhejiang province.
