Abstract/Summary:
Natural Language Process (NLP) plays an important role in the field of artificial intelligence all the time. At present, Chinese and English languages make great progresses in the natural language processing. Nevertheless, the development of the study in Mongolian is relatively slow. Mongolian process has got great advances in the aspects of character, word and phrase recently. However, the study of sentence syntax progresses little. This paper emphasizes on the research based on rules for the traditional Mongolian sentence syntax analysis.Typically, the predicate of Mongolian simple sentence is placed in the end of the sentence. And the positions of other parts can be changed freely and there is no change in the sentence meaning. But the emphasis may be different. The paper takes advantage of the syntax character to present the method named "bottom-up", and analyzes the sentence components. The paper mainly focuses on the following research by analyzing the syntax character of Mongolian simple sentence corpus:1. Analyzing the syntax characters, and summarizing the rules of "bottom-up" traditional Mongolian simple sentence component analyzing;2. Constructing the lexicon to judge the word characteristic and sentence components quickly;3. Aiming at information processing, to build the rules library by describing the forms and features of rules;4. Analyzing the feasibility, operability and limitations of this scheme by the experiment design and the case analysis; This paper presents a method on the research of the traditional Mongolian syntax. Additionally, it provides a new way to analyze the component of Mongolian simple sentence. Expecting to provide new methods and ideas for the field of syntactic analysis of Mongolian information processing in the subsequent research and scheme improvement.
