With the promotion of the Internet of things technology,Radio frequency identification is getting more and more attention.18000-6C ISO/IEC protocol is a mainstream international standard, but the core patents are preempted by foreign institutions.Because of this,Chinese RFID development has been limited. The "air interface protocol of GB/T29768-2013 800 900MHz" published recently play a positive role to promote the independent rfid industry in China and speed up the construction of Internet of things. But at present domestic support of the standard RFID devices is still in development, and There are few RFID products which can conform to the national standard.Based on GB/T29768-2013 and ISO 18000-6C protocol, this article completed the design of digital baseband circuit for RFID reader. The major work is as follows:1.Introduces the development of RFID technology, analyzes the "GB/T29768-2013 800 900 M Protocol", and compares it with the 18000-6C ISO/IEC protocol.2.Design the overall structure of the digital baseband circuit and the hardware circuit of each sub-module.analyze the design parameters.3.Implement the designed circuit with Verilog HDL. Behavioral simulation of the baseband circuit is done.4.Designed the hardware module of the reader by using Xilinx ZYNQ.5.By air interface, RFID hardware modules and RFID tags can communicated with each other and completed the GB/T29768-2013 and ISO/IEC 18000-6c protocol verification.
