| With the increase in the number of faculty and students, more and more repetitive work of the Department’s administrative staff appears. It’s difficult to meet the increasingly requirement only rely on Excel and simple tools. University system-level information management system provides the best solution,it made the department work to automate and improve the working efficiency and quality.This paper discusses the design and implementation of university system-level information management system. The system’s development model based on J2 EE multi-tier development and architecture, the system can not only smooth up all the functional requirements, and allows users to easily achieve the maintenance, migration and expansion of the system, to achieve fully automated information management system for university faculty level. The first part of the paper describes the project background, meaning, structure and schedule; The second part of the project involves several technologies: AJAX, JSP, JSTL, XML and prototype development model, etc.; The third part from the Software Engineering point of view, describe the specific detail of the system design and implementation; The fourth section describes the design of the system database; Part V of the system analysis some technical difficulties and key technologies during the development process, and gives the implementation.The Complete implementation of system achieve effective way to improve the efficiency of the administrative office, improve management efficiency and simplify the complexity of the work to ensure that the teaching of information to achieve high efficiency, high-quality calls, coordination and service in teaching. |
