Digital video optical transmission device is an indispensable monitoring system, optical products has always been an important part of company control product line. In order to better market.The company product upgrades, new optical transceiver so developed a low cost high stability. Digital video optical project, by the receiver and the transmitter is composed of two parts, the realization of long-distance transmission of information to each other through the photoelectric conversion.The hardware part of this paper mainly introduces the video capture module, video optical transmitter receiver module, data transmission and data receiving module, photoelectric, photoelectric conversion module and the core part of the CPLD data processing module. The software part of this thesis is the full use of the CPLD chip and flexible programming features so as to realize the fast lossless transmission of remote data.Most integrated chip used in the circuit design, it increases the stability of the system, at the same time reduces the cost, then, testing and debugging of the late in the production process is very convenient. The core processing module of this product uses CPLD chip, its chip is relatively cheap, and easy to convenient debugging, at the same time the application of flexible interface, it can fully meet the requirements of the hardware circuit is simple to do complex system. We developed two channel video and one channel of data optical transmitter, they have great breakthrough in the comprehensive quality of the products, and they reached the international advanced level of similar products, in the same time provide timely competitive products for the company.
