| With the growth of software scale, large working load of test, and the shorten test developing cycle time, the original manual test cannot meet our request. Compared with original software development, the current software maintains work holds increasing proportion in this industry, and add test working load, which request more shorten development cycle time to meet commercial request. In the recent years, mobile terminal software development and agile development requests more for test work.For the current popular web automation test software, most with script transcribe and playback to serves as main step. However, it is hard to control the change of web page, so test engneer always have to revise and maintain test script, which is difficult for test implementation.How to design and develop a web automatic test tool which not only can reduce test script maintenance cost but also could catch web page element dynamically makes a significant research task.In the thesis, first to introduce research background and meaning, as well as current research situation at home and abroad of automation test tool. States the system requirement analysis, feasibility analysis and system design goal and task. Also states the system frame, the tool consist of six modules: catch page element, create page design, create test script, environment setting management, execute test script and test result comparison. States each individual module division and each function module relation and working flow, complete test tool concepts design and logic design. Use Java, Visual Basic, and Selenium-RC etc. platforms and tools to complete the design and development of test tool SRAT(Selenium-RC based Automatic Test Tool). At last, use an example to introduce the operating environment and implementation effect of test tool.So far, SRAT automation test tool has already meet expected design goal and have practical use, which greatly increase the executing efficiency in test department. |
