As the increasing number of high-speed rail projects and the gradual expansion of the scope of construction, all kinds of accidents in tunnel engineering have brought new challenges to the safety and security of tunnel construction personnel and emergency rescue.How to reduce human management factorto the lowest point in the aacidents, and carry out timely, efficient and accurate rescues after the accidents, becomes the key content in our technical solutions, and t is also a great research issue of a great market prospect. In order to meet the needs of the market demand and the teaching of the Internet of things(IoT), our school cooperates with related Copamay,to research and develop the tunnel personnel positioning system which based on RFID.According to the actual needs of the tunnel construction, the system provides intelligent information technology services in the daily attendance management and accident emergency rescue for the safety supervision and management departments.The innovation of this paper mainly is stated as several points:Combined with the environmental characteristics and management characteristics of the tunnel engineering, the practical and cheap RFID positioning mechanism is adopted to implement the personnel position management; (2)Adjusting the formula of the positioning algorithm through the experimental data makes the error distance of the location decreased more than one times.(3)Original entry and exit without card alarm function provides technical support to prevent illegal invasion.There is almost no other tunnel positioning products possess the three advantages above in currentl market. The author of this essay focus on the first two R & D work.The tunnel personnel positioning system in this essay has been researched and developed no less than 5 years, has conducted four versions for improvement, and has won the bids in more than thirty tunnel projects. Application results show that it can greatly satisfy the customers’demand, and has been highly recognized and promoted by users at all levels. The school-enterprise cooperation team is now working to convert the system into the teaching practice, to play a role in cultivating more IoT talents and technical staff for fufure use for the companies.
